Return & Exchange Policy

At Thx, It's Not Mine, we want you to feel confident in every rental. If your dress doesn't fit the way you hoped, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted if a return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. To be eligible, the dress must be unworn. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.

How to Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, submit a request through [return portal/contact method] and select the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your dress for a different one, we'll do our best to accommodate you based on current availability. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and are not guaranteed.

Refunds: Once your returned dress arrives at our office, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Event Date Policy: To ensure you have enough time to try your dress and submit a return request if needed, we require a minimum of 5 days between your scheduled delivery date and your event date. Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for return.
